Fusion 10 with High Sierra can't create a new VM

As already mentioned by other community members, I face the issue where I can't add new VM (Windows 10 Home 64) via original purchased Windows 10 usb stick from Saturn (Electronic Market). I spent already so many time & money on this issue, followed all of the instructions on vmware knowledge base. I created case VMware Support Request 17641910712.

my prob is with recognizing where to start the EFI relevant files on the USB disk. Same if I create a .cdr or .iso file for the same stick. With VirtualBox same stick works fine

Are you sure it's legit stick?  If so, try creating an iso and then just drag/dropping that into the installation wizard.

Definitely I bought from electronic supplier, I can install off of it perfectly in Parallels Desktop 13 and virtual box . In Fusion 10 I can only get it working with .iso file
