Boot Camp Partition Issue

Anyone run into this yet? I installed all of my "Windows XP SP2" discs as follows:

1. Installed boot camp. Installed XP SP2. Worked perfectly.

2. Tired of rebooting onto boot camp, heard about Parallels. Installed Parallels. Installed fresh XP SP2 in Parallels and converted Boot Camp partition. Compared the two, liked the fresh install better, deleted boot camp partition.

3. Heard about Fusion. Liked the idea of access to dual cores, etc. Installed Fusion demo, fresh install XP SP2, liked it.

4. Decided I wanted to play games in Windows. No support for 3D (very little) yet, want to put boot camp on again.

5. Can't convert Fusion VM to Boot camp, so I need to do a fresh install again.

6. WHEW!

7. When trying to re-partition with Boot Camp, I get the error telling me it cannot partition because some files cannot be moved. Read in other forums that Parallels locks some files from being moved. Deleted them. Still no go.

Anybody got an idea other than backing up entire HD and reformatting?
