How do I go about installing a Windows Program from a downloaded .exe file on the mac desktop?
Copy or move that exe into your Windows guest. Then run the setup package there to install the program.
If you have a shared folder set up between your Mac and Guest OS move the file there and you should see it on the Guest OS. If not, just ftp/scp/sftp it to the guest os, then you're in business.
