I am unable to add a new folder so I can create a new workflow in vCenter Orchestrator. See attached screenshot.
Please advise
ok, your Orchestrator is only in "Player" mode because of your vCenter Essentials license: You can only run workflows from library, or you can import workflow packages from external providers.
To create your own custom workflows, you need a full license of vCenter. Contact your VMware Sales rep. for details.
Cheers,
Joerg
Hi!
check your license settings: Do you have a vCenter Foundation?
Than it's not possible to create your own custom workflows!

Thanks for the info
This kind of makes it obvious "vCenter Orchestrator mode : Player"
So bottom line, since these are read-only packages I won't be able to take advantage of the email features
I would recommend downloading the vCO appliance. It comes with a 30 days license in "Server" mode.
Christophe.
