Are you grouping by folder or tag?  Are all the VMs in the same VM folder?  Is it possible you have your business units and apps by folders but those VMs are not in the folders it has discovered, thus the VMs are being put in the "uncategorized VMs" section?

Just vRB categorized VMs vSphere VM and vCloud. I had tried find vCloud VMs in vSphere category Smiley Happy

Now I see my VM's (vCloud vm's) in vRB (in vCloud category) fine.

Thaks for help!
