"Red Screen of Death " While Installing ESXi 3.5 U4 on the HP Blade Proliant BL685c G1

Hi I am getting Red Screen of death after installing the ESXi 3.5 U4 on my Server. The installation Steps goes well but after the Installation the server boots up it throws this error. I am attaching the Screen shot.

have ya got any SAN storage attached while you kicked off the install?

this break grub and this error will be expected then ...........
