Hi,
Is it possible to make 1 virtual interface for n/w if I'm having 2 n/w card ??, this will help to be redundant & high throughtput.
Note:Why I want this, If any 1 n/w card fails then other will take over & from 2 n/w card I will more throughput.
Example:
eth0 -
>>> 1st N/w card
eth1----->>> 2nd N/w card
Virtual interface VM-Eth (IP configured)
Is it possible then how????

Where do you want to achieve this? Do you want 2 virtual nics bonded inside the VM's OS? Or do you want a virtual switch with 2 vmnics load balanced?

I would highly recomend taking the ESXi online training course. It's about two hours worth and you can take it multiple times. It is only $50.
I want this in ESXi 3.5 update 2 machine...I hope you understand now where I want this.
I want ESXi server to be network redundant & can give more throughput, since all the VM(desktop & server)using the one way..& that is ESXi n/w card.
If ESXi network card get down then all the VM will be stop, this point makes me to ask the question.
