Software to use with VCB

Hey Guys its my first post so go easy on me

I was wondering what software you like to use in conjunction with VCB. We are in the process of going completly virtual on our internal network I need a good backup solution that I can get off site, we are a small company so there is no other site to replicate too which from my perspective pretty much leaves me with tapes as a solution we are going to have around 3 TB of data from full backups of machines. I am leaning toward a Quantum tape library to couple with our backup proxy to do disk to disk to tape type of solution. So I need some good backup software that does good tape managment.

If you think there is an easier way I am open to all suggestions

We use vRanger in conjunction with VCB to backup our VM's onto our vRanger server and from there our IBM/TSM server copies them to tape.
