Yes, this will be the official VMware vSphere 4.1 Security Hardening Guide, after we incorporate comments collected during the review period.

It doesn't appear that it is possible to add comments to the DOC comments section.

I've gotten quite a few people telling me they cannot add comments to the doc.  This is an issue with the Communities platform.  The Communities team is aware of this problem and is looking into a fix.
