Windows 10 Start Menu with Persona Management

We're just now starting to work with Windows 10 and View. I have a system running View 6.2.2 and Windows 10. We are using Persona Management (PM). We have our GPO set on the master and NOT in AD. When I log in I create a pinned item in the Task bar, I rearrange the tiles on the Start menu and create a new folder on my desktop.  Then I log out and I've confirmed that View has fully let go of my user and then I log in again.  Everything is there EXCEPT the tile arrangement in the Start menu is gone and in fact all of the Most Used items on the left is gone and at the bottom, I'm only left with Power and All Apps.  Is there a way to have PM keep the things the users do with the Start menu?

I had open a ticket with Microsoft regarding to similar issue with Windows 10.

Finally, MS support says that the issue is fixed in this KB.

The cause is TileDataModel service holds user profile even though user has logged off.

According to MS support, the issue can be solved in cumulative update as well.

Please apply the update and try reproducing it.
