RTAV webcam not work on windows embedded standard 2009(WES09)

I found view RTAV not work with my wes09(windows embedded standard 2009). It can work with XP OS. I don't know how to fix it, please give me some advices if you know it more, thank you!

Client: HP thin client + windows embedded standard 2009 + view client 5.4/3.2

Server: Horizon view 6.0.1 + PCoIP + client desktop windows 7

steps:

1. plug in a webcam to thin client, make sure it works well in local side.

2. connect to view desktop windows 7 via PCoIP protocol

3. On remote desktop, use VmwAmcap.exe to check the function of RTAV, find that it is blank, there is no any image captured.

Most likely you are missing a windows component. I would guess direct X. Try this....
