networking proplem

i have two ESX  5  hosts that are successfully  joined  to  vcenter server , the problwm is :

1-i can ping  vcenter  system  from any of the configured ESX  hosts

2-i can ping any  ESX hosts  from  vcenter system

3-problem is it : each  ESX hosts  cannot  ping  each other  , so many  features failed  as  vmotion

To understand your current setup, please provide a screen shot of the network (vSwitches/port groups) configuration for both hosts and provide some information about the configuration of the physical switches (port configuration).

I'd also suggest you double check the host's network configuration under "DNS and Routing" for typos etc.

iam  working  on wmware 8  no physical  switch exist

and every thing is ok except connection  between the two  esx  hosts

In this case, please provide some details about the network configuration (setup in VMware Workstation and the virtual ESXi hosts). Maybe http://boerlowie.wordpress.com/2011/11/30/building-the-ultimate-vsphere-lab-part-1-the-story/ can give you some hints to find out what may cause this issue.
