Question on licensed memory in 5?

It looks like my license is for 32 gigs per processor for version 5 (I am currently on 4 and would like to go to 5). I have licenses for 10 processors and most of my servers are Dell R710s with 48 gigs of ram. Is the license cumulatvie across all 10 giving me a total on 320 gigs system wide or I am stuck with 32 per processor meaning my dual quad core servers can only have 64 gigs of ram. I wanted to go to 96 gigs in at least 2 of the 5 servers.

The vRAM entitlement is pooled in vCenter Server (see http://www.vmware.com/files/pdf/vsphere_pricing.pdf). With the 10 CPU licenses you have (Standard licenses - according to the 32GB you mentioned) you can power on virtual machines on whichever host you like until the sum of the configured memory for the powered on VMs reaches the entitled maximum of 320GB.
