howto (efficiently) display windows guest on linux

Hello,

I want to display and use some windows guests (running inside free ESXi 4.0) on my linux host.

How is it done efficiently?

Currently I am using the console tab inside a vSphere Client running inside a VMware Workstation 6.5 Windows Guest running on top of Linux.

Isn't there a browser plugin or any vmware linux client able to display ESXi 4.0 clients? Is VNC the answer?

Sorry if the answer is obvious. I am searching for hours now.

Enable remote desktop on the virtual windows maschines and connect to them via RDP. There is a RD Client for almost every linux distribution.

I got a virtual XP on an ESX 4 Server and use it with gnome-rdp.
