when any data store inaccessible vm will show like this

Not sure, but it looks like the VM's were deleted, migrated to another location, or the datasatore has been resignatured (less likely), but the host didn't store the configuration changes to disk (I had a similar issue with ESXi running from an SD card, which became inaccessible).

Do the two mentioned VMs still exist? Are they registered on another host? In this case I'd suggest you remove these entries from the inventory.

The VMs are accessible and i can restart the VMs.

I removed it from inventory.
Seems OK !!
