i have an error when i wanna create a backup
error is :cant access destination /SCSI-0:1/,error -2246 (wrong destination index found)
i searched and found this topics:

but this solutions couldn't help me,
when i run and integrity check, i have this report:

finally i deleted the backups and the second virtual hard disk (backup destination), and again added a new hard disk,mount it and format,then every thing is ok and backup and restore is working right now

Have you taken a look at http://communities.vmware.com/message/1377308?z=sJBTDf ? maybe lock-related.
Also are you using NFS and what is its setup there?
Please provide the latest datarecovery logs

its quite tricky
below article resolved my issue, no need to format anything, just reconfigure the job with same destination
