Injecting NIC Drivers into Cold Clone ISO

I'm attempting an cold clone migration for the 1st time and have questions about NIC drivers. Originally, I thought I needed the NIC drivers for the OS of the server I was migrating, but I found something on the net that says the drivers should be for the PEtool. Does this mean I would most likely need 2008 drivers instead of 2003 drivers? Just looking for confirmation.

I have a Dell PowerEdge 1950 and IBM336 to migrate with a cold clone.

The cold clone CD would need drivers that support the physical hosts, your Dell and IBM servers not the OS that is currently running on them. You may not need to add anything extra but have them ready.
