I can not install tools to Windows2000 server

My windows 2000 server is Japanese version and I do not know exact English messages.

I may say  "The procedure entry point HeapSetInfomation can not find KERNEL32.dll."

From what I see is an OS problem, in this case Windows 2000, an action you can take is to reinstall or repair Windows 2000.

Is a windows issue. check thats solutions

have you installed Microsoft Rollup Update 1 for SP4?

I hove successed by Rollup update for SP4.
