Cleanup ESX4i partial virtual machines

It appears if you right click and cancel an importing of a virtual machine, there is residual data left under the datastore?

I can see this when I WEB into the server and give it a /folder

My ESXi server now complains that it is out of space even though the only 2 VMs vSphere says it has take up 1/2 the space (the 3 that don't show up there take up the rest).

Is there a way to clean these off of the datastore without reloading the server from scratch?

Going into Configuratio > Storage and browsing your datastore, are you able to see this "remaining" files? Can you delete them?
