Horizon conditions don't work

Hi. I have a UEM 9.3 setup and in it, the App Volumes setting is enabled for Outlook on App volume. However in the conditions it shows that certain conditions must be met like Horizon Pool names must contain "XXX" or NOT Contain "XXX" and the Outlook OST still redirects. I'm very new to UEM So ha if a hard time figuring it out. Thanks

what version of horizon , UEM 9.3 is very old, you should check and make sure you have software that works with each other

As @sjesse already stated, UEM 9.3 is very old. It was released more than five years ago, and has been out of support for three years now. But I think you were already considering upgrading to a more recent version, given your question from a while ago 🙂

Even with this ancient version of the product, we can try and take a stab at troubleshooting the issue. Can you provide a screenshot of the exact conditions (or the config file(s) themselves), and a log file fragment (at log level DEBUG) that shows the config file(s) being processed?
