DEM not loading outlook add-in correctly for one user

We have an odd issue where DEM seems to be loading a specific outlook add-in incorrectly for one user. To make matters more confusing when we create a new DEM user profile and rename the old DEM user profile the same thing happens. We are use office 365.

Hi @danschoedel,

If this also occurs for a user without any profile archives, you would have to "divide and conquer" the user environment settings (and possibly computer environment settings), to try and pinpoint which one might be causing this.
