    Hi,

    I am migrating the physical machine to virtual by using vmware p2v converter while migrating the physical machine it's giving error message has unable to query the live linux source machine.

    the physical machine is RHEL5.5 version and p2v converter version is 6.2.

    I have attached the logs file pls help me out this issue.

    Hi,

    The error from the log is

    2019-07-22T15:30:46.677+05:30 error vmware-converter-worker[14708] [Originator@6876 sub=Default] [Converter Agent SysinfoQuery] while trying to execute "C:\Program Files (x86)\VMware\VMware vCenter Converter Standalone\plink.exe -noprompt -stdin-pass-and-key <ConverterPrivateKeyEnd> -P 22 -thumbprint <emptyThumbprint> root@172.18.115.32 file -L /sbin/init" received error code (1) with result: FATAL ERROR: Network error: Software caused connection abort

    You need to have SSH access from the destination VM (not Converter server) to the source machine.

    In case that, after fixing the network connectivity, the problem persists, you may also have a look at these (the same symptom may happen due to other reasons; it is theoretically possible that the current issue hides another one):
