Please help me to resolve this problem.
Hi,
The error you get is because of self-signed certificate that vCenter/ESXi Hosts assign to themselves when you're installing them.
If it's bothering you, you need to get a valid Web Server/SSL certificate from an internal trusted CA or a comercial CA.
If you already have a CA in you enviroment I suggets you to install OpenSSL on your vCenter server and request a SSL Cert from your CA.
You can follow the detailed instruction from the following links;
http://www.virtualvcp.com/vsphere-4-technical-guides/145-replacing-vsphere-ssl-certificates
http://www.vmware.com/files/pdf/vsp_4_vcserver_certificates.pdf
Hope it helps,

Additionally you can take a look at the blog for changing default SSL certificates.
I have the same issue. I remember that with previous version I could solve this certificate warning issue by installing certificate via browser or local certificate console to a trusted publisher store. I just needed to save the certificate file from a vcenter. But isnt´t that possible anymore? I don´t have my own PKI and I don´t want to spend any money on certificate because of this. I may have a lack of understanding this certificate issue :smileyplain:
