vCenter Patches?

Hi guys,

aren't there any patches vor the vCenter out there beyond 208111? Can't find anything anywhere on the site.

Since ESX got to 236512 I wonder if vCenter will recognize the new build..

vCenter does not usually have "patches" associated with it. It is released in updates, such as U1 and requires a re-install of the product.

as for ESX, it's patched but is still a U1 release product.

Update version releases are the only thing you really need to worry about with vCenter. ESX will get patched quite a bit between those version releases, so they aren't going to make you upgrade vCenter each time a host needs to have a patch put on. When U2 gets released for ESX then you should look at doing that for vCenter too.
