esxi 7up 3 to 8up2 upgrade issue

trying to upgrade some dell R50s via lifecycle manager . its all in HCL but we get this error on non compliant devices.

Driver and Firmware in the Cluster's imageDriver Name Driver Version Firmware Version
lsi_mr3 7.724.03.00-1vmw 

Device is incompatible with the cluster's ESXi 8.0 U2.

Hi 

Have you tried upgrading to 8.0 first and then to 8.0u2? Also check the the drivers/firmware with the HCL. Also see if there are newer supported drivers from the Dell.
