add host to vcenter ip or dns ?

I must add two hosts in virtual center and then create a cluster, I must add the host using the IP or DNS? Add Host IP: 192.168.10.11 or vmware1.cliente.locale?

use the DNS name. Especially if using HA. name resolution, in my opinion is best practice.

yes, that would be my suggestion. You can disconnect and then remove, keeping the guest(s) running, then add host back in using DNS name.

....also, make sure all your ESX hosts as well as vCenter can resolve to each other using the DNS name.
