the purchase of vSphere is only possible with the NHS? If I buy 44 licenses vSphere, I have to buy 44 sns?

Yes, each license requires at least 1 year of SnS.

With 2 Physical CPUs per blade you will only need to but 4 licenses with S-n-S not 44 - unless I am missing soemthing
