Not able to update to 4.1

I have the ESXi installed in a Physical Server but I am not able to update to 4.1

VMWARE ESXi 4.0.0 208167 to 4.1.0 502767

Tried Options
1.Mounted the ESXi Update ISO via RSA virtual Media
2.Tried to update via Update Manager
3.Tried to Update via vcli host update

But all the options are failed.I am installing from remotely.
Is there any other way to update

Please provide some details about the issue you have (error messages, ...)

Did you follow e.g. http://kb.vmware.com/kb/1022140 to upgrade the host using the correct host upgrade bundle (upgrade-from-esxi4.0-to-4.1-update02-502767.zip)?
