Installation error when trying to install Update manager Vsphere!

I had a previous installed update manger installed on the server. But i wanted to install it to the latest version but now when im installing it i'm getting an error:

And the installation performance a rollback. What is going on and how can i fix it.

During the deinstallation of the update manager. The database is not removed. When trying to install the new version it is trying to create a ssl key that already excist. When manual remove the database the problem was solved.
