How to list all vm with a snapshot ?

Hi, I need to have an overview of all my VM using a snapshot.

Is there any feature / script to receive this information everyday by mail for example ?

You can check out Alan Renouf's vCheck Daily Report which uses PowerCLI, if you're looking for vSphere SDK for Perl solution, take a look:

Both will provide you with information about snapshots in your environment, Alan's script is more of a daily report as you're looking for and it does email
