LVM 2054 issue

I had a datastore consisting of two LUNS that each were 700GB and 650 GB. Together they were 1,35 GB and I named the datastore as "MSB". I had 3 VMs running on the MSB and after a power failure 2 VMs was working ok but one stopped working. In the event logs each 5 min it shows an error:

Issue detected on 10.1.250.21 in DICLE: LVM:

system [MSB,

(11:20:15:27.107 cpu4:4109)

When I vmkfstools it said:

vmkfstools -P /vmfs/volumes/MSB
VMFS-3.33 file system spanning 1 partitions.
File system label (if any): MSB
Mode: public
Capacity 1488743038976 (354944 file blocks * 4194304), 336622256128 (80257 blocks) avail
UUID: 4e957e7f-b765cd99-d6e4-00215e754ea4
Partitions spanned (on "lvm"):
        naa.600a0b80005bbb440000015c4a81492b:1
(One or more partitions spanned by this volume may be offline)

It says spanning 1 partitions but it has to be 2. As you see the LUN that has 650 GB is offline or disconnected. Capacity of MSB is near 1.35 GB but only first LUN is active. And when I tried to create a datastore, Vcenter gave me a list of free LUNs and there was the 650 GB LUN available that it should not.

I figured put that the working VMs files was on 700 GB LUN so they worked fine. But the non working VM that covers 800 GB space was seperated on 700 GB and 650 GB LUN.

Any help is appreciated.
