vRealize Operation Manager 6.7 Collector Group Status Down

Hi,

Our vRealize Operations Manager collector group is showing status "Offline". Overall cluster is online, however collectors are offline.

Can someone please suggest any solutions for this one.

Have you rebooted the remote collectors.

you should upgrade 6.7 not supported anymore

yes, I have rebooted the controllers but not luck. However, after taking cluster offline and bringing it back online fixed the issue.
