I'm trying to Enable the Distributed Firewall on an Organization Virtual Data Center

To do it have to click the card of the virtual data center you want to explore and under Networking, select Security

The problem is that the 'security' menu is not available on the left screen

Have you tried enabling Distributed firewall under - Datacenter Group-> General-> Enable Distributed Firewall(ACTIVATE DISTRIBUTED FIREWALL)?
