Suggestions on Cloud Providers for Clients that are risk adverse putting anything into the Cloud.

I have several clients interested putting some of their Virtual Machines into the cloud in the event of a major disaster.  Any recommendations on providers for risk adverse clients.

It all depends upon the specific need of the client and how the provider is managing and operating the platform. If the ask is specifically for VCD, it's a fully multi-tenant platform, also provider can offer dedicated services as well (DRAAS). Let me know what exactly you are looking for?
