I can't find vmware-umds.exe in the C:\Program Files\VMware\Infrastructure\Update Manager directory or anywhere on my server !!!!
And i can't use "vmware-umds -E" to create a bundle for my VC server who is isolated from internet !!!
Install UMDS from the umds subdirectory on the Virtual Center CD.

UMDS needs to be installed separately, and on a computer that is NOT a VC server. I just installed it on my laptop...
my UMDS is installed separately but i haven't the binary vmware-umds.exe on my server !!!
Use vmware-umds to export from your download server, and then use vmware-updateDownloadCli.exe on your VC server to import. vmware-umds does not exist on the VC server.
But the binary vmware-umds.exe doesn't exist on the download server too !!
