We’d like to ask for your help in terms of vSphere Web Client.
We have installed Web Client but we are not successful to make it work. We were able to register it in our vCenter Server but we encountered an error shown below:
Error in vSphere Web Client logs:
http-9443-6 com.vmware.vim.data.adapters.search.impl.TicketProvider Unable to acquire ticket. com.vmware.vim.binding.vim.fault.InvalidLogin: Cannot complete login due to an incorrect user name or password.
We already used administrator account to have all the permissions it might need but still we have the same error.
We already uninstalled and installed the web client server but still no luck.
May we ask if you have any experience with this one? We already tried searching the net but wasn’t able to find answers yet.
I hope you can shed some light to us.
