VMwareCollectionAdapter failed to collect stats (EMC VSI)

Hi,

We are using vSphere 5 with EMC VNX5100 SAN.

We have installed EMC VSI (Virtual Storage Integrator) on vCenter.

When we attempt to use it to monitor the Storage Performance, we get the following error message:

"VMwareCollectionAdapter failed to collect stats for StorageName.  There are no valid metrics to monitor the host system".

We just wonder whether we have missed out anything.

It seems the error message comes and goes.  We didn't get the error message yesterday but it appears again today.
