I have read several threads about a problem similar to the one i'm having with one difference. I was running full file level backups ok with d:\mnt\server.name\letters but incrementals do not work with this selection. I changed it to d:\mnt\server.name\letters\C\* and d:\mnt\server.name\letters\D\* which does make incrementals work, however it only seems to backup D on both full and incrementals. It seems to ignore C: I can see it taking snapshots of both C and D in VC, and when I look in the MNT directory during the backup, C and D are both there but only D makes it to tape. The job say's successful. The difference in my environment is that C and D are on separate datastores. I thought I read in the release notes for VCB 1.0.3 and ESX 3.0.2 could work with multiple datastores per VM. Anyone see this before? Thanks.
