  • 1.  Rescan all storage devices on all ESX

    Hiho,

    this is my first post. Hello to all....

    We have an Storage contacted over iSCSI to an Blade Center with 6ESX Maschines.

    ESX 3.01 - VC 2.01

    Is there a way to rescan all iSCSI devices over VC?

    At this time, if a map a new LUN, i go over every ESX and do an RESCAN all HBA manually.

    You could probably script a scan but if this isnt something you do often I would stick with the per host scan myself.
