Deploy XP using a template

In vCenter 4.0, I created a guest costumizaion specificaton and an XP template; copied XP Deploy tools in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\VMware\VMware VirtualCenter\sysprep\xp. When deploying the template, I saw the sysprep running but after reboot, the vm wasn't joined in domain. I tried again by retyping domain Administrator/password in the guest costumizaion specificaton and deploying again but it was still not joined. What is possible reason? Thanks.

Yes. After rebooted, the VM got an IP from DHCP server.

Thanks Troy. I finally found that It is the DHCP server issue . I said the vm got IP in my last post which is true. However, I checked DHCP server today and found that DNS server was not set in Scope Options. After set, the vm is joined domain.

One more thing is that after reboot, it logged on as Administrator automatically and an explorer window pops up with My Documents folder opened. How can I just get the logon screen after reboot? Thanks again.
