Hi,

try this login to ESX using vi client ,under configuration-> licensed features ,under right pane you have options to edit the license server settings

Hello,

Some common items to check.

1) Firewall on the VC and the ESX host, VC should have 27000 and 27010 open

2) DNS resolution on both the ESX host and VC - should be able to ping by fqdn both ways

3) VC License server settings

4) Management network gateway settings on both ends

Restart mgmt-vmware service.
