Can you roll back VMware Tools to the previous version?

We are having issues on one of our View desktops that happened right after a VMware tools update. We want to roll back to the previous version to see if it helps but I don't know if and how you would do that. I imagine if I could get the prior version's setup files I can uninstall the current version and install the prior version but I don't know how to find out what the prior version was or how to to get it. Any ideas?

All Tools versions come from the ESX Hosts.  So, to get an older version of tools, you may have to download and install them separately

Thanks for the link. Im not sure exactly what version we had before since our hosts were not all on the same release for some reason prior to the last upgrade but this should help.
