Unsure if this is the right forum or place to ask.
I manage 2000 Android devices on version 19.9.0.5 (1909). We are wanting to be able to track our hardwares location. We have setup the permissions required for this however it does not seem to work correctly.
I believe it should send the MDM an updated GPS cords every hour or four hours however some of my devices can go days without an update. The devices are checked in and working in every other way.
We have a team who manage issues like this for us who advised the MDM is not designed for that level of tracking and it will only work if the device checks in (Which they do check in yet still no update)
Is workplace one unable to track hardware correctly?
