SMIME Certs in Outlook for Android

I've tried numerous things to get SMIME certs installed in Outlook for Android. Has anyone had any success with this? I'm using Office 365, and have tried importing the SST into my environment, but still see "There are no SMIME certificates available."

Yes, I've read all those.

What I have noticed is that WS1 does not appear to be installing the certificate via a Credential policy. I can manually install it via an email to myself, but it's not showing up when pushing a policy.

This is on a Pixel 7 Pro.
