Hi, We took Remote Assist licenses, Vmware confirmed the purchase.
On the Android devices it works fine, but the problem with IOS. we have the icon, but impossible to check It goes into failed :
We updated the HUB agent, and launched the application, still the same result.
IOS version : 14.6
HUB : installed (22.01.0)
We followed this article : https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/75059 but issue still persiste.
