Remote Assist "Failed to connect"

Hi, We took Remote Assist licenses, Vmware confirmed the purchase.

On the Android devices it works fine, but the problem with IOS. we have the icon, but impossible to check It goes into failed :

We updated the HUB agent, and launched the application, still the same result.

IOS version : 14.6
HUB : installed (22.01.0)

We followed this article : https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/75059 but issue still persiste.

We are having a very similar issue. What version of assist are you using?

Use version 23.02

hi hub and assist version latest version
It may be that the matter is in the offload publication, and now we are thinking of switching to Passthroug. SSL bridge.

We are trying to download 22.10 but having the same issue. Please share if you discover a fix.

Hello, we have a completely different problem, ios is connected remotely, but not android. Can you tell me if you did specific settings in the UEM workspace or not. Everything was done automatically through the installer. As in the instructions
