Launcher and Samsung S-pen

Hi! I have a Samsung tablet with s-pen. The device is  work managed and I have setup a profile with a custom launcher.

Problem is that s-pen won't work: if I touch the screen a pop-up ballon tells "unable to use air command. keep pressed...to unlock the app".

BUT if I enter admin mode in the launcher it DOES work.

Any clue on how to make it work for the normal user?

Like you, I have the same issue when my Samsung tablette is enrolled with workspace one with a launcher.
I d'ont find any setting on the workspace one profile to disable S-PEN.

Vmware support, have you an idea when you can add this feature on the MDM console ?

After recreating the issue, open the launcher settings and go to blocked applications. Check what app ID launcher is blocking. Add that app ID to the hidden apps list in Launcher and it should resolve your issue.

I don't get any id or blocked activity. Do you know what is the ID or activity blocked by the launcher?
