Horizon workspace SSL Pem file invalid in Load balancer

Im rebuilding my Horizon workspace environment and trying to use a Load balacer this time. I installed the Horizon Workspace VPapp and verified that all my DNS entries are correct and that forward and reverse forward lookup work.  at the end of the install I downloaded the PEM file from the appliance.

I downloaded Zen Load balancer which is open source and configured with the needed settings (ssl load balancing and Sticky using IP).  I then tried to upload the PEM file from the install and it recognized the certificate but does not allow me to use it.  after reading the LB documentation, it says that the certificate has to be in the below format:

Private Key
Cert
Intermediate
Root

horizon only gives me one of these.

when i begin the config, i choose my database and i get an error that the cert is bad.  how do i get the rest of the certs or is there any way i can bypass this and  later on install my correct certs???

Thank you.

What is the actual cert you have on the LB itself? The copying of cert from our vApp to LB is only required in some cases...
