Boxer/MS365 attachements - can't download.

Hi
We use Workspace ONE to manage smartphones. Both systems Android and iOS.
All devices have Boxer set as only one possible email client (managed by airwatch server).
We use MS365 Exchange server with default settings.
There is no problem with reading mails.

But nobody can download attachements.
We checked probably all possible options in Workspace ONE UEM.
Message (on phones) says "Can not download. Try again" There is nothing related in WONE logs.

Does anybody has any idea what can we check to diagnose/resolve this issue?

We have a similar issue (thread here: Unable to open attachments in Boxer - VMware Technology Network VMTN) for any attachment (.pdf, etc.) type or image.
