Airwach Provisioning app Provisioning Adapter Configuration authentication issues

Hello all,

I cannot authentica the Airwatch Provisioning App provisioning section with the username, password, workspace one UEM Host, and UEM API Key. I do not know what else to do.

I have:

1. Created an admin user in UEM, edit admin API to Certificates instead of user credentials, I've added a certificate password.

2. In UEM, I've gone to System, Advanced, API and created an admin and user api key.

3. In Access, I have configured the WSP1 UEM settings to

WSP1 UEM API URL to https://asxx.awmdm.com

I've uploaded my cert and added cert password.

I've entered the Admin API Key and user API key, and Group ID.

4. In the Provisioning Adapter Config

In configuration I've set both SSO URL to https://dsxx.awmdm.com/IdentityService/SAML/AssertionService.ashx?binding=HttpPost

In provisioning adapter configurations I've set the WSP1 UEM host to https://asxx.awmdm.com, username has been set to my UEM admin username and password, and the API key I'm using is the admin API key I created above. And I've set the Group ID.

Don't know where I'm going wrong? Help.

I am getting a "connection to airwatch failed".

I figured it out. It’s long processs but will resolve your issue. This will require you use the certificate option instead of admin username and password. Let me know if that’s the route you’d wanna take.
