I can confirm whether this bug is true or caused by a problem in my operation

I don't think it's a bug in the VMware product. Have you got other machines behaving like this or just one?

This problem occurred in VMware Workstation Pro 15.5.5. Now I have the same problem in VMware esxi 7.0. The caps lock key cannot be switched, and letters appear in case alternation.

What do you mean by VMware esxi 7.0. ?

Have you standalone ESXi server? OR are you still using VMware Workstation?

I installed VMware esxi 7.0 system on the server, and started the system through KVM on BMC management software. The capslock of the virtual keyboard is always open and cannot be closed, and the case cannot be switched freely. This is similar to a bug solved by VMware 15.5.6 workstation pro. So I suspect this is the same bug

I don't think it's a VMware bug, I have a variety of VMs running on ESXi 7.0 u3 and do not experience this behavior. Unless it's specific to your specific OS.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯
